Got my resume shortlisted over a telephonic interview->It was an offline interview(at the office)->They needed someone with good communication skills yet their staff said and i quote "Did i TOOK your resume yesterday?" I mean, if your own staff has poor communication skills, who are y'all to judge anyone else?!->Anyway, So interviews were happening with 2 people at a time, the chap with me was very scared, he couldn't answer properly and hence he was sent back, the moment he left, his resume was torn, then it was my turn and according to me i was great with answering questions, the interviewer had a fake english accent which was really annoying to hear, he said there is no fixed salary, you will get paid according to your performance which i found really absurd because why would there not be any basic pay if you are advertising 3-6lpa, i wasn't really willing to work for so many hours for peanuts, so my overall outlook towards the job was not too positive and i didn't go for it. I'd suggest y'all to find better companies than this one because they just want to exploit their employees.
