No one actually can tell you their hiring process. I was contacted by their HR who immediately 'texted' me the address but I had to call them up twice to get the timings. They had a grammar test first of all then another test. Amazingly it was funny as they gave me 40-50 pages with different modules (15-20) to edit in about 20 minutes. Not only language but as per instructional methodologies. I actually cleared with them that i am going to edit one of it right now. I was made to wait for about 1.5 hours before I was told that they would get in touch with me within a day or two. They got in touch after a week and said that they would send me another document to edit. However, I didn't get any mail for about till next week. I even called them to ask for it, they didn't pick up the phone (HR). Then suddenly 1 day I got a mail and the next day the HR calls and says that why aren't you sending us the edited document ? It's been a week.
