Recruitment agent did not even manage to read my CV prior to interview. Their immediate question was about salary expectations (?!) Some of the generic questions asked seemed like agent does not have an idea of job responsibilities for position in Ethics and Compliance. This also leaves bad impression on Rio Tinto itself.
