I suggest you read the Analyst Interview posted back on Jan 15, 2018 by another applicant on the Glassdoor Interview page because that person is spot on. Unfortunately I didn't really understand what that person was talking about until after the interview which I can give a bit more insight on a more granular level. If you're like me, your motivation for applying to Riot is their product which is League of Legends, Valorant, TFT. etc. Although Player Experience is what they value in terms of company culture, do NOT have a pure Player Experience first mentality when answering the case questions. Showcase your values of player experience and Riot culture on the behavioral but regarding any case studies have the business first mentality ie. ask yourself these question. 1. How can my decision impact the business? 2. How can my ideas generate more revenue and growth? Your ideas and suggestion can be the most amazing thing for league players but it really wouldn't mean much if it doesn't generate more revenue. Why should the company allocate resources to your idea if it doesn't make them money? Player Experience is a give and take. You strategize and create new contents that is fun for players so that they spend money. Why else do you think events contain perks and new contents for people to buy with RP? Riot is looking for employees who has an understanding on how to monetize ideas while also elevating player experience. I didn't get an offer but if you do, I think you should take it. Though the interview process was long, it's respectable when you realize that they're doing this to make sure you and them are a perfect match hence explains why there are very low turnover rates at Riot.

Interview was fun as we talked about games and did not get too technical. Had some behavioral questions that were pretty standard but interviewer did not seem satisfied with my responses
