Recruiters were kind and thorough - and gave good details on what to expect. The phone screen was great - I could connect with the interviewer and we had a healthy discussion and exchanges. The hiring manager / experience interview was where things fell apart. The manager was solely interested in establishing his superiority. There was hardly any interest in learning about the candidate but rather just reiterating that he is right and you are wrong. At this point - I didn't feel like continuing any further in the process - more so, if that is the person i am expected to report to.
