Interviews were pretty straightforward, but the quality of their interview questions and take home assignment for the specific team I interviewed for indicated a lack of critical thinking and nuance in their organization's strategy. Also strangely the take home assignment included a portion that focused on a preferred (not required) skill from the job description.
