2 step interview. First was a quick screening call 15-20 mins where we learned a bit more about each other. The second one was an on-site task in their office to help them get an understanding of how you work. The first 15 minutes they briefed me on what needs to be designed, as well as presented some insight. Then the next 45mins to an hour was the task in Figma designing. They've been in the room answering any questions. They've tried to recreating a real-life scenario, less of a test and more of a co-working experience. Both steps were quite positive, and I really felt like we were a great match, however, they have ghosted me after that. They said they'll give me an answer at the end of the week as they had to finish the rest of the interviews, but that never happened. At least they could've messaged me and say they picked someone else. Just rude and time wasted.
