I recently had a great interview process. The interviewer took the time to thoroughly review my resume and asked thoughtful and relevant questions about my experience and qualifications. They also provided clear explanations and examples of the role and company culture, which helped me better understand what they were looking for in a candidate. Throughout the technical interview, I got a brief on when needs to be done and we had a good conversion about how to design the system and API. Then, I had some quite time to code and pop in when needed. The two interviewers were professional and pleasant. They also provided constructive feedback and insights on my responses. The second interview was with the team lead to be. He was a very good listener when we dived deep to a project I was show casing. From there, we moved to a system design interview that was challenging and interesting. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the interviewers's professionalism, attentiveness, and giving space to present my abilities. They made me feel valued and respected.
