The interview process was odd and the communication from the company representative who set up the interview wasn’t the best; I didn’t get my zoom link til hours before my interview time, and there was this air of their time is much more important than yours. The interview itself was cold and not very engaging; several other people sat in on the interview, but never spoke or bothered to introduce themselves even though you can clearly tell who they are by their name and researching the company (ceo, hr, etc). It was a very direct Q&A format, with the questions not having much flow; it was kinda obvious they are chatting about the questions and answers while you’re talking as they abruptly ended my interview in about 20 mins. In looking for a job, it is a two way street and the interviews tells a lot about the work environment and culture, but after my interaction I had a very bad taste in my mouth and upon reading the reviews its obvious they need to do some image damage control; not surprised that the ceo didn’t introduce herself. Also wasn’t surprised when I got a cold, generic, clearly cut and pasted, vague rejection email, not that I would’ve continued with the process (cuz I care about my work environment)
