Entrevista
Standard interview process (2 total - 1 with recruiter, 1 with director/manager), took 2 weeks. The recruiter was very quick with feedback/response and made the whole process smooth. Overall both interviewers did a great job of representing/selling the brand and being genuinely interested in my past experience and dictating if I was a good fit for the company/role.

Initial call with a recruiter (which went very well in my eyes, was excited to hear more) then ghosted for 3 weeks. After following up twice I received a generic rejection letter. After politely following up for feedback I was ignored further.

Entrevista
Interviews were remote and very conversational. I truly felt that managers wanted to get to know me, not just poke and prod my resume. Ample time was allocated after I finished answering questions, and the floor was opened for me to ask my own questions about the company.
