I had an initial recruiter screen that went well. She was really engaged and nice to talk to. The next step was to complete a take-home assignment. The brief was interesting and related to the role, and had three separate deliverables (totaling around 5 pages). They give the prompt 1 week before it is due, which I appreciated. A much better experience than in other companies who give you 48 hours once it hits your inbox. I turned in my assignment and a couple days later was rejected and was told they’re not able to give any feedback. In retrospect, I feel like the assignment should be the next step after the Hiring Manager interview. It’s a big time investment to ask of candidates before they’ve even spoke with the hiring manager.

Very fast, very responsive recruiters. The interviews were a bit disorganized because the people didn’t all seem to be on the same page about the role. They also schedule the interviews in batches so you do two interviews with only a short break in between. It’s nice to move fast but also doesn’t give you much time to regroup if you don’t do well in the first one

Entrevista
Recruiter screen > Hiring Manager > "On-site" consisting of 3 back-to-back virtual interviews. Recruiter gave a preview of theme and types of questions that would be asked in advance of the on-site. Overall, it was a great interview experience. Everyone was nice and questions were on topic. Recruiter will schedule a call to share decision in the end, and the only negative/point of feedback was that the recruiter used an exclamation mark in that scheduling email. I do blame myself for reading into that too much, but sensing excitement, I read that as good news. Turned out I wasn't chosen.

good experience with multiple stakeholders whose backgrounds varied quite a lot. powerpoint, deliverable and several days to complete the take home assignment. it was a fair process and a good amount of work to be honest
