Entrevista
Received outreach via LinkedIn, quickly followed by an intro/pitch call with the recruiter. Then a brief chat with the hiring manager to talk about my core experience. The next step was meeting stakeholders across the team to learn more about their needs, collaborative efforts, and company goals. Finally, chatted with leadership to talk strategy and company fit.
Enjoyed all the conversations. Everyone was candid and kind and did a great job answering my questions.

Applied online, they reached out to me a few weeks later via 30min recruiter phone call followed by a 30mins video call with hiring manager.
Hiring manager did not seem interested in the conversation nor did it seem like they have had interview training. They were reading questions one after the other by cherry picking.
As a result, the interview had a lot of dead silence and not a single question was catered to the job description.
