I was first contacted by email and then by phone to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty general. They asked questions about my resume and my past experience. It was cut short when they told me I would have to start at $9.00 per hour for 3 months during training! I don't know how anyone can afford to do that. I told them I didn't want to progress any further because I couldn't afford to work for $9.00 per hour for that lenth of time.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.
