I applied for the role and received an email to take CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude) & EPP (Employee Personality Profile). I spent time preparing and completing both assessments. There was no follow up or communication for over a month. I noticed the position was no longer there on the website. It would have been great to get a communication even if it was a rejection email especially after putting a candidate through required timed assessments.
