The whole process took 8 weeks from initial application to the last interview. Maybe because I wasn't used to the experience, it was a very tedious and annoying process. In my first interview I met with who I would work with, it was a get to know you type interview and my interviewer was very open and warm, even telling me that he/she really liked me and could feel us working together. I got called back 2 weeks after to meet the next level up of the business who would supervise our team, we went through my work and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I wanted. Again, gave me positive feedback and would let me know of the outcome, a few weeks later after emailing (since they never got back) I would meet the ceo and the creative director. This surprised me but I took the opportunity. I met both, and was overwhelmed by their role that I think I let myself down. They probably thought I was inexperienced/ didn't want to take a chance on a recent grad like myself. However they had a very poor track record of letting me know how my application was moving ahead, even though they said they would email back I always had to follow up, they promised they would let me know on a certain day of their decision in which they didn't. And ended up letting me know a week later. They may be busy but it was still a lack of respect to your candidates especially for a "start up".
