I received an email in response to my application, it asked me to first do an online assessment and then they would set up a call. I reluctantly took the test not having any experience with these online test, Never received a call just a not that I was not a fit. How extremely impersonal. I would think I should have at the least been given the results of my test or at least a call. These tests should not front end an interview process they should be used later in the cycle. My impression of the company from this alone was that it was not a worthwhile place to apply again.
