Overall the process was smooth, Submitted a CV online and instantly got an email asking me to do a online test. After completing the tests a few days later i got invited for an interview at the derby site. Preparing for the interview is key! Make sure research on the company has been done (its past achievements and its current) And also make sure you study the attached documents that came in your interview prep pack as there are a lot of questions that are asked about it! The interview is split into 3 stages. First being a small presentation about yourself which you need to prepare, secondly a 1:1 session of getting completely bombarded with questions about the company which lasted about 45mins and finally a group exercise where you have to make something as a group. The interview lasted from 11-5 so its a long time and a lot of nerves! The next day i received a phone call offering me a place in september
