First was the general phone call with HR person; which did not take longer than 15 minutes. And one week after I got an email to finish some coding project; it's about using 20 million movie data. They gave me only one week to finish it. 3 weeks after that I had an on-site interview in Dalewitz with 3 people, 2 in management, and 1 in development. most of the questions were about personal/organization things, seriously why they asked people to talk about that personal things for 2 hours. 😅 (e.g. When did your last time to speak up to people? do you have any inter-personal problem with the current company?)
