On-Site behavioral interview for a mechanical engineering internship with a follow up phone screening interview. Interview was relaxed but not casual with to Rolls-Royce engineers on campus for hiring. They had several behavioral questions and one slightly technical question.

The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.

They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.

Entrevista
First I submitted my application, completed the assessments, and then did a video interview. Both the tests and the interview were timed and I consider this added a lot of pressure.
