Job posting was via LinkedIn. Application process was through Rolls-Royce's website, easy process. The application form was followed up with a phone call to discuss expectations and previous experience. I was then invited to a face-to-face interview with the Team Leader and Senior Engineer. Interview initially focused on current role and previous experience. Focused then switched to standard interview questions. Finally, the interview finished with technical engineering questions designed to show engineering understanding and competence with regards to the role. Overall, my experience was positive, HR were helpful and all communications between them and the Line Manager were quick and efficient. I would recommend Rolls-Royce Nuclear to other potential applicants.
