I had an initial phone interview, and in-person interview with a random store manager, and a final interview with the store manager of the location hiring and the area manager. General questions about experience, strengths and weaknesses, interests, and situational responses. Nothing you wouldn't expect for a food-service job.

Once you have applied, you might be given a call for an interview. After this you would be schedule for an interview with the general manager. He will ask typical interview questions as well as getting to know you. Strong focus on if u will get along with other team members.

It was very easy. The General Manager just made sure I showed up and had all of my documents and actually started me right there and then. Hired me in less than 5 minutes. Then just filled out paperwork for about 30 min and I was done and started work.
