A bored out dude was sitting down who had no idea which position and person he needs to interview. He asked which position are you going to interview for and then went over the flow of interview. After the sketchy intros we got down to business where I had to code a problem. He opened up a problem within codepad and did not provide any information. I had to read two one-liners and figure out what's the intention of the whole question. After I asked few questions he provided basic answers but it wasnt clear which direction he wants me to go. It was extremely disappointing to go through such a dull process and I would never like to join such a company. -------- Here's my understanding of the problem :

Initial coding round followed by onsite. Weird and dumb questions for systems design and systems coding. Recruiter never bothered to follow up with the outcome- shows their level of professionalism
