Was hired as a contractor. Ten minute phone interview and was brought on board. Easiest hire I have ever had. Was quite pleasant. Orientation was a breeze. The only glitch was finding out that the software was different than I was first told but it was easy to learn. Took about 4 hours to familiarize and I was up to speed with everyone else.
