Applied for Senior Manager and got shortlisted for Project Engineer. The panel were looking for specific keywords in the answers. I was then informed that there would be a second round of interviews, however in the meantime I accepted another role. Overall the panel sounded very arrogant, they wanted my camera on, but didnt turn their camera on.
