I was contacted by a recruiter, who seemed very interested in interviewing with me. However, her communication and follow-up was not up to standards. In my opinion the interview went well. Especially since it was shared with me during our conversation that I would be highly recommended to move into the next phase. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, I received no follow-up. And was completely ignored when I attempted to reach out to get the status. Not very professional at all.
