Generaly recruted by external recruter or internal recruter than find you (it was the case for almost everyone I knew in this company) . Then you have to pass a short written test with some calculus and one email writting exercices. After that you have one interview with the manager and another with another manager. the second manager was the rudest ever I nearly did not take the job because of him. Finally took it because I knew this person would not be my direct manager at the end
