The interview process was decent, they did not ask any specific technical questions that much which is quite strange for this kind of role. There were 3 interviewers and they did not seem to be in sync with each other. Overall the interview process did not look mature enough.

In the initial round of the interview, the questions focused on various aspects such as your proficiency in SQL and JavaScript, the projects you have been involved in, and the specific problems you have tackled. Additionally, the interviewer was interested in your skills in managing people, the size of the team you have handled, and your overall experience in handling these responsibilities. It was a relatively straightforward interview, and the interviewer was extremely helpful throughout the process, making it a pleasant experience.
