There was no formal application process, I was referred. I went through six rounds of interviews over 2-3 months, where everyone was nice. I then went for an in person interview where I spoke to several people. This process was dragged out and I had to follow up several times to even find out that I didn't get the position. Everyone seemed lovely but the process felt way too long and the lack of communication was shocking considering the number of times I was asked about my communication skills during my interviews here.

Met several people, everyone was friendly and came across smart/hardworking. Definitely tailored towards individuals with an interest in the financial industry or who have had experience in banking or PE.
