Had a screening with a HR person that didn't really know anything about the position except a generic overview. Went in for a interview in their DTLA location. Didn't meet with a manager like I was scheduled to. Met with someone else in the department. She told me she would get the manager to talk with me, but then came back 5 minutes later and said she was busy. How do you expect to hire someone if you can't make the time to talk with them? Honestly it sounded like they wanted to dump a whole lot of projects on one person and expect them to keep up.
