1st Interview - Telephonic 2 nd Interview - In person I was told that interview will be technical. But there were 3 non technical people to conduct the interview (Product Owner, HR, VP). Complete interview was revolving around, whether I'm okay with below conditions 1. Working hours are flexible. 2. Fast pace work, have to ship fast. 3. Generally expect tight deadlines. 4.
