A test link was provided with 2-3 day timeline. After attempting it, contacted the recruiter but no response was provided. Followed up on email as well but there was no response. The non responsive behavior is pretty disheartening and not worth the time. The HR team should value the candidate's time and provide updates to the shortlisted candidates at least.
