Went in a one time interview only accessible because I knew someone, and that gave me the job on a silver platter because the company works mostly in nepotism that’s the only way to get to the top

The interview was well planned and organized. There was an initial conversation with the Lead Chemist and the Quality Control Manager. I described myself personally, explained my work history, described my interest in the position, and was given a tour of the laboratory.
