This was one of the quickest interview processes I’ve been through! It was three rounds (hiring team, VP, HR) and took only three weeks from initial contact to offer letter. I was contacted by a recruiter a few days after applying and scheduled the first interview the week after that. The hiring team was super nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Just some simple questions about my experience and what I could bring to the team. HR reached out for the second interview with the VP only a few hours after finishing the first! Second round was similar to the first going over experience and them explaining the company’s history and how it operates. Had my final round with HR two days later going over benefits and pay and had my offer the next day!
