Horrible. HR was okay but interview was with 2 other managers. Interviewed here back in 2023 and one of the managers was the same rude old lady. She was rude back then, and she was rude at this interview too. She spoke as if she was on some high horse throughout the interview and tried to dissuade me from the job. She asked questions to make the job seem impossible, but when I was able to answer her well, she was quite taken aback and not happy. She imagined she would walk all over me like a doormat. Manager also seemed a bit racially biased, as when I was asked if I spoke a second language and I stated what language I spoke, she asked “Can you speak Chinese?”. I said no and she laughed out loud. Clear sign of racial bias. Towards the end of the interview, she kept posing a very fake smile. Interview process was also tedious, making candidates do an assessment before and after the interview. Overall a waste of time. Do not bother going for an interview for this position.
