Initial screen interview that goes over the role. The role was for specifically for 'SNH-ai.com'. This was acquired by SNH capital partners from the way they explained it. I met with the CTO after the screen interview and was immedietly turned off during the interview to the point of having to leave mid interview. 1) The CTO turned off their camera and said they were gonna start eating their food mid interview. Glad my time is being valued effectively. 2) They asked about relative projects in regards to the problems theyre tackling-- I noted about an open source completly free job searching solution for people that are job hunting. I went on to describe an AI agent feature of my project. The CTO became extremly irritated to the point of calling these type of job seekers "morons"-- job seekers that use tools. After this specific interaction, I knew this company was not right for me at all. I thought it was extremly ironic that a CTO working on a workforce automation product is calling job seekers morons.
