Short interview focusing on previous experience and customer service abilities. Whole interview lasted about 30 minutes. Briefly discussed steps I've taken to improve upon previous customer service experience, and how I would handle certain situations eg. An unsatisfied customer.

informal and friendly, was more about finding out if you would stay for a long time and if you were community focused or not. The interview wasn't difficult and was mostly to find out if you fit in with the team or not

It was a informal Phone call to see if it would be a good fit, we discussed my previous experience and availability for working late shifts after college on weekdays
