I was sent an email to update my application with answers to a series of questions, and to contact a hiring manager at my earliest availability. I updated my application, but I was unable to ever get in contact with the interviewer. I left several voicemails, but I never received a call back. After two weeks, I received a rejection.

I would like to think that we've moved beyond our candidates not being able to reach someone directly, but you can always email us, at Recruiter at SPARGO Inc dot com if their continues to be issues with our phone responses. (Trying to throw off the spam bots...)

Fast to respond, very friendly staff that made me feel more comfortable/less nervous. Instead of doing a real phone interview, it was a one way video interview. It sounded more nerve-racking but they called to make sure I understood how it worked and was okay doing it, plus the website that hosted it had a ton of helpful resources for not only the video interview process but also the whole interview process in general. It ended up actually being nicer than a phone interview because I could prep my answers more.
