After receiving an email from my college about the position, I applied. Soon after I was called for an on-site interview. I sat down with 3 people. The CEO I suppose, his son, and another employee. They talked about their company for 10-20 minutes before asking me anything. Then the CEO's son, who was going to run the intern program, proceeded to ask the simple, "what is your biggest weakness?" type questions. Zero technical questions. The interview seemed to go great. After not hearing back from the company after 2 months and no response to my efforts to contact them, I removed myself from being considered for the position because I had accepted a position elsewhere.
