There was no interview. Temp to perm position. First two weeks training which consisted of being thrown in at the deep end with the minimum of training. Although job described as "Post Room Assistant", it was not. It was data entry on a computer. Exceedingly boring and mundane work. Surprised I stuck it out as long as I did. Avoid this job like the plague.
