I applied online. The recruiter followed up with a txt asking for availability for a phone interview. After about a 30 minute phone interview she told me she would forward my information to I think she said a HR specialist. The recruiter called me back after about 2 weeks, explaining that I would receive an email explaining the rest of the hiring process. The email had me submit references, schedule an appointment for a physical, also info for W-2 and direct deposit info. There was a time limit to complete this. I was had to interview with the Team Leader of the unit I would be assigned to. About 2 days after that I shadowed an RN on the same unit for about 3 hours. If I felt like the unit was a good match for me I had the job. There were 3 days of orientation at the Corp office after that.
