Interviews can be very intimidating but the Staff at St.Mary's Janesville made me feel very comfortable. They have a 2 interview processes one with the department head and Department manager then they call you back for a peer interview with your co-workers to see if you are a good fit for them and for you as well.

Easy fast. Answered all questions. People were either friendly or not so much. Wasn't easy to find even with gps. Outside approve of building looks run down. Wasn't sure that I was even in the right place. Didn't seem like upkeep of outside screamed pleasant at all.

Entrevista
Interview was easy to understand and my interview was easy to talk to. I was comfortable and felt welcomed. Even though I was not given the position yet I felt a part of a good team.
