Client policies premiums increased without any valid reason, reviewed the product & policies, offered alternative products within client's budget and apologised for the unreasonable increase in premiums-promised to follow up on the reason; client satisfied & appreciated the efforts. Followed up with the client within 2 days, increase due to the Consumer Price Index rise which resulted in the cost of insurance going high for particular high-value items.
