Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn and spoke on the phone a few days later. The recruiter was very pleasant and gave a general overview of the company and the different brands within SThree. I was then asked to have a phone interview with an employee - still unsure what this person's role was in the firm. The person did nothing to explain the position, specific job description, the company, etc. I was immediately turned off by the process that I decided to no longer pursue an opportunity with them. While I understand that it is important to see if a candidate is a potential fit, it is a two-way street. If you are in charge of interviewing, you've got to do a better job at selling the position.

Jouw aanvraag wordt eerst beoordeeld op basis van je CV. Vervolgens krijg je een korte telefonische screening, daarna een online Teamscall. Als dat goed gaat, wordt je na bespreking uitgenodigd op een online Teamscall met de Hiring Manager. Als dat goed gaat wordt je uitgenodigd op kantoor om het team te ontmoeten, mag je eens meevolgen en vragen stellen. Als beide partijen nogaltijd interesse hebben, kan je starten.

Entrevista
I had a positive experience interviewing with the team! Started with an initial phone screening, 2nd round interview, and a final round interview with a presentation and panel. They were very thorough on their questions and getting to know me as a candidate. I was not offered but they left a very nice note, feedback, and got back to me quickly in regards to a decision. Wasn't the outcome I desired but was overall a positive experience!
