Worse experience so far, I applied online in September, went through 3 rounds of interviews within a span of a week in early October, one week later was informed that I was not selected, then after another 2 weeks, was asked if I was still interested, then after 3 weeks of following up, was informed there will be a 30 mins get to know session by HR, it was not like what was communicated, I was interviewed 4th time for no reason! It's an entire hour of repeating the questions again! Thought that's the end of everything, then HR said they are having some problems internally and I didn't need to follow up so closely, that's a quite frustrating experience to ghost the candidate for weeks. Only another 3 to 4 weeks later (Mid December now), then they wrote an email to tell you that they have selected someone else. As if people don't know you have selected an Indian candidate when majority of the interview panelists are Indian from India!? Unprofessional, ghosting, racist, not communicating timeline, this is NOT a place to work for, be warned!!!
