First of all you don't know how many round you have to given and how much time they will take. Worst interview process I have ever seen. My interview is scheduled by consultancy at 11:30 AM and its not a walk-in. After 1 PM first round done. Now I wait for more than 4 hrs but nothing happen. Then I decide to go. They have more candidate then interviewer. I am not able to understand if they don't have interviewer then why they call too many candidates.
