Technical tests and language assessment were the first instances. A total of 2 interviews one in person and as the manager was located in the US, we had a second interview over the phone.

The interviewers were friendly and conversational, but they expected structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to apply analytical concepts to real-world business scenarios rather than just textbook knowledge.
