Very friendly interviewer. Standard questions were asked in the spoken interview. Interviewee was requested to roleplay how they would speak to children. A paid working interview was in place, which helped interviewee get to know the job expectations and working environment. Interviewee was expected to interact with children and perform tasks such as cleaning and distributing items during working interview.
