The team interviewing me was friendly. they made me feel comfortable and I was able to relax and answer all the question to their satisfaction. They gave me time to present my facts and also asked questions without any feeling of intimidation. they asked different scenarios relevant to the job that I had to give answers to. For example I was asked how I would handle different crisis levels, how I'd escalate case, and how I'd handle mistakes made by myself or my team.
