It's nothing special. Basic interview questions which are more or less a formality. You have to be really awful to not get a job here. Everyone in my initial training class was hired on the spot during their first interview. They hire anyone who can pass a urin test and has a clean driving record. Most people just fake the test anyhow. This is like the Walmart of auto companies.

Working at Safelite is decent. The training is good, and the pay is steady, but the job can be physically demanding, especially in the heat. Management and customer interactions vary, with some good and some challenging experiences. The work can get repetitive, and the schedule isn’t always predictable, which impacts work-life balance. Overall, it’s a solid job, but there’s room for improvement.
