Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Sainsbury’s (Londres, Inglaterra) em out. de 2015
Entrevista
I applied online and the day after I received an email that I had passed the first stage and that I had 24 hours to arrange an interview. I called and they clarified everything with me,making sure I applied for a position that I could work the hours for. I was booked in for a interview about 2 and a half weeks later at the store and I had to bring my passport and proof of address. My interview was at 10pm, but even though I arrived early, I was seen to at 10:30pm. I was asked basic questions after I provided my passport and proof of address. These questions weren't hard, for example, "Why"Sainsburys?", "Give an example of when you provided good customer service" and questions about what I do currently. This lasted no longer than 25 minutes and I was told I would hear back from them in 3/4 days about whether I got through or not. After 3 days, I received both a text and email saying that I had got the job and that I had to call the number to discuss my offer. I start next week
Quick 15 minute interview, discussed previous experience but was not required and walked around the store. Manager I spoke to was very chatty and was a very informal interview, mostly trying to gauge if I was able to do the job. Was offered job on the spot.

Name a time you worked to a deadline and succeeded
Very simple interview asking basic competency questions, the reasons for applying and what I know about the company. What are my future goals and aims etc. Generally easy questions which should take minimal time to prepare for.
